Follow below steps on dashboard and play console dashboard
Join Our Google Group
Copy the Google Group ID From your dashboard for add to play console
Add Google Group ID as a Tester.
Login Your Play Console
Navigate to Testing > Closed Testing > Testers in your Play Console.
Select Google Group as the tester type.
Paste the copied Google Group ID into the tester field and save changes.
Set Target Country in Closed Testing
Under the Country/Region section, ensure you select All Countries Available for Testing to maximize the reach.
Add Release for Closed Testing
Go to the Releases section and create a new release for Closed Testing.
Upload the App Bundle.
Fill in the required details and save your changes.
Send Changes For Review
Visit the Publishing Overview section and submit the changes for review. Google Play Console will typically review your submission within 24 hours.
Add Testing URL on Dashboard for Tester
From your app's closed testing, provide the URL for testers to opt-in for testing from your tester group. Copy both URLs from the Play Console and add them to your dashboard.
After Adding Your App for Closed Testing
Once you’ve submitted your app for closed testing on Google Play Console, here’s what happens next:
Review Timeline
Google Play Console will review your submission.
This process typically takes 2 to 24 hours to make the testing track available to testers.
